How to change access data (e.g. login and password)

In the eduSky system, the login password is always assigned to a specific user of the system - owner, teacher, trainee, tutor, etc.

There is no one general system password - each one is unique to a given user.

The password is created automatically when creating an account for the user and sent by e-mail to the address provided.

After logging into the system, you can change both the username (login) and password, and add your personal Avatar.

Click on the Avatar icon in the upper right corner and select the Access Data option

Make the desired changes in the data editing format:

  • Enter new login - remember that the username can only contain uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers
  • In the Password field, enter a new password
  • Confirm the change by entering the new password in the Confirm password window

In the access data editing format, you can also add a graphic element that will be your Avatar

  • To add Avatar, prepare graphics in 200X200 pixel format
  • Load the file in the Avatar field

Warning!

The password should remain known only to the person who sets it. It should not be shared or saved in places accessible to other users.
Use the tips listed below to increase the "strength" of your password:

The password must contain at least 6 characters

  • The password cannot contain your school name
  • The password cannot contain Polish characters
  • The password should contain both lowercase and uppercase letters
  • The password should contain numbers

Warning!

If the password for the eduSky system has been saved in your browser's memory, you must delete it after changing the password. Otherwise, you may have difficulty logging in to the system - the browser will provide the old password, which the system will recognize as outdated.
