Contract Statuses

The entered Agreements can have the following statuses in the eduSky system:

  • Agreement accepted - this is an unsigned Agreement added to the system:
  • Manually by secretarial support

  • Based on the data completed via the entry form
  • Contract in signature - A contract that is active, but the status says that formal forwarding of documents is still underway.
    The contract has still not "returned" from the client with his physical signature.
  • Service contracts - A contract that may relate to services referred to as additional, e.g. a contract for the transport of a minor pupil after class home.
  • Contract signed - A document that has been approved and presented to the client for signature.
    A signed contract may be withdrawn to the state of the accepted contract, provided that it has no payments related to it.
  • Contract Completed - Contract closed automatically by the system after the end of the teaching cycle.
  • Contract terminated - Contracts terminated before their assumed completion.
