Duplication of the Agreement
In the eduSky system it is possible to create a new Agreement based on an Agreement that already exists in the system.
In the Agreements section, select the Agreement you want to duplicate, click Options → Duplicate Agreement
After clicking Duplicate Agreement, the system will open the Agreement Generation form, as shown on the screen below
- Student. Select the student for whom you want to create a new Agreement.
- After clicking
you will be redirected to the Agreements page with the data contained in the original Agreement, which you can edit and update.
In the eduSky system, there is an option to duplicate Agreements for many clients at once.
Example 1.
There is a group of students composed of 6 people. Everyone carries out classes in the same group and their agreements are the same. In this case, you can create a group, add students to it, and then create a contract for one of them. It will be a kind of template on which to base the next step. Then, in the group view, select the other students, select the option under the list of students "Create contracts for selected students", and then select the agreement based on which the contracts for selected students will be automatically created. All contracts created in this way will be in the CONTRACTS section with the status of an unsigned contract.
Note - if the contract serving as a template for such an operation had defined promotions, they will not be transferred to the created contracts. The promotion is a feature of the individual contract and must be specified for each contract (if any) separately. Similarly, agreement consents - by default, they will be set to no consent, which can be changed by editing the agreement or after it has been signed by modifying the parameters of the agreement.
