Check the correctness of the mailbox configuration
From the eduSky system you can send email messages to students, parents, teachers and system users who have other dedicated roles.
You can also direct communication to a selected - more extensive group of recipients, e.g. to the whole group, to all groups, or to all recipients who have active contracts in the system.
The mailbox is configured during the system implementation process. For settings, we accept the data sent by the Customer or in the absence of data for a period of time, a replacement box is created in the eduSky.pl domain.
In connection with the occurrences related to the load on the replacement box, resulting from the mass sending of messages from the eduSky domain, there may be problems with sending the message, therefore we recommend configuring e-mail settings based on your own mail server data.
These data are usually made available in the user panel of the mail server. If you have trouble finding this information, ask your mail server administrator for help.
To check the correctness of the mailbox configuration from the Secretariat, go to Configuration → Message Sender → click on Options and select Edit.
You can check the correctness of the entered data on the form.
