How to add days off from classes
What should you take care of when entering holidays in the eduSky system?
The introduction of holidays is related to the timetable generated in the system for individual groups.
Classes falling on the day that will have the "free from classes" attribute will be moved to the next day defined when adding classes to the plan.
Of course, each school has the option to add days off at its own discretion.
It is worth completing the holidays that do not take place at the beginning of the year!
If you want to add days off from classes, in the Classes section, select Days off → Add Day Off
In the "Add a day off" section, fill in the forms by checking the options YES or NO
- Add holidays from the time period. After selecting the form YES, we specify the time interval by the date from-to
- Allow doing homework as described. After selecting the option YES, we will extend the range of the lesson offer by the possibility of doing the classes.
This procedure can be used when you want to do your homework on a day specified as a day off, and yet you will find willing students to do homework on that day or take additional
- Allow sending messages. After selecting the YES option, the system allows you to send sms or mail from the system on given days off.

The usefulness of this option is checked when we have a public holiday. It is worth using the option of sending a message reminding you of this fact.
If during the day, defined as a statutory holiday, we have the opportunity to organize classes, this is the more useful option to provide information.
- Day off. You must select a date from the calendar
- Branch. In this form, choose the department or school to which the day off is assigned
- Description. You can complete the information by adding a description
