Branches and regions

An enterprise may have many branches or branches realizing its intentions, which is why in the eduSky system we have foreseen the necessity of dividing particular areas of the company's activities between its branches.

By default, every company, enterprise or school has its basic department and headquarters. It is specified by default in the system. However, there are situations when activities are carried out in many places, which in turn is associated with the fact that there is a need to organize certain elements, such as people managing a given department, training groups carrying out work in a specific place, etc.

Due to the fact that a given branch may be a unit that will issue invoices and contracts separately, the relevant fields will be specific for the given branch.

Warning! The correctness of the entered data should be checked, because the JPK_VAT document will be issued on their basis (see VAT sales record).

Company branches are important in many elements of the system (groups, contracts, classrooms, graphic designers, office employees' rights), therefore the correct completion of the branch data is one of the steps in the system that is important for the functioning of the entire management.

In addition, in the eduSky system it is possible to assign branches to the regions in which they are located. Thanks to this, individual school departments can be divided into their respective regions, which in turn can be useful in the case of filtering and system navigation.
