E-mail templates
Predefined templates for system messages are visible in the system, i.e. for e-mail notifications sent from the system automatically to users:
To view the list of available templates in the Resources section → go to the Repository and select → Email templates.
A list of the following templates appears:
- Email about creating an account for the user
- Email about password change for user
- Email about termination of the contract for the user
- Email about contract information
- Email about contract documents
- Email about a new teaching proposal
- Email about the rejection of a contract proposal
- Email about the conditional acceptance of a contract proposal
- Email about the acceptance of the contract proposal
- Email confirming registration from an external form
- Email about annexes to the contract
- New online classes
- Change of online classes
- Canceling classes online
It is possible to edit the content of templates of rearranged messages so that they can be adapted to your own individual needs.
However, these changes require knowledge related to editing and embedding objects in a template using the Twig template language. If you need to change the content, please contact our implementation department (contact at the bottom left of this page).
