Functions available to the teacher

In the eduSky system it is possible to give the teacher a number of authorizations, thanks to which he will have access to perform specific operations in the system.

To enable the teacher to perform specific operations in the system, follow these steps:

Click on the main menu, which is in the upper right corner, and select "Application configuration"

The page view contains the section: Functions available to the teacher.

Set option to YES / NO. They relate to the teacher's functions and his rights in the system.

• The teacher can move the class 
• Teacher can cancel classes 
• Teacher can indicate substitution for himself 
• The teacher can send messages 

It is a set of settings which, depending on intentions, limit or allow the teacher to take individual steps in the system.

After leaving the Application Configuration section on the Desktop page in the Options tab, the teacher's permissions view is as shown on the screen below:

Other settings apply to:

• The teacher can enter a rate for classes - an option that allows entering a special rate for classes (more about rates for teachers in the topic → Settlements based on classes
• The teacher can add a class time modifier - an option that allows the teacher to enter a class time adjustment
• The teacher can automatically complete classes - thanks to this option, the teacher will be able to mark classes as completed - such classes, however, do not count for settlements, do not supplement the presence and the topic and description of the classes
• The teacher can accept classes for settlement - an option that allows the teacher to confirm the completion of classes in the context of readiness to settle with the school
• The teacher can create events online - this option allows the teacher's role to create classes in the form of online conferences
