Global message sending settings

Check the message sending settings before you start sending messages.

To do this - go to the Application Configuration tab and go to the section → Message sending settings.

In the format - Sending messages - you can choose the following settings:

• Based on a contract - selecting this option causes that messages are sent to students with whom you have a contract and who have agreed to receive messages.
• Based on the student's data - this option allows you to send messages regardless of the status of the agreement and the consent expressed or its lack to receive messages
• Block sending - selecting this option blocks sending notifications from the system.

Another very important element is the global setting of the days and times when notifications can come out of the system. The default settings in eduSky assume the option of sending messages from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm.

Here you can make your dedicated settings by changing the hours as well as by selecting the option - you can activate the option of sending messages on Sunday.
