Global configuration
In the eduSky system, you can enter global settings that will allow you to adapt some of the platform's functions to your organization's management and management processes.
To do this, click on the Avatar icon in the upper right corner and select the option: Application configuration
On the form in the Global Configuration section by selecting YES or NO you can make the following settings:
- Display registration form when logging in
The eduSky system allows you to generate a subscription form that you can provide to customers directly under the login form.
Forms generation is described in detail in the external forms section (see → Registration forms).
Selecting the option YES results in the appearance of a button under the login form that activates the registration form.
- Display group title with plan
This option allows you to display in the Secretariat-Groups view, the name of the group with the timetable
- Display group title along with (id / year) group
In this function you specify whether the group view should display the group title along with the ID, year of the group, i.e. automatically attached information about the group's system number in a given school year
- Display the option to download the student / guardian contract
With the option YES or NO you can specify whether you want the constructed contracts to be downloadable
- Allow downloading contracts with the status "during signature"
The status of the contract "during signature" has a document generated from the system for the client and physically transferred in paper form for signature. Selecting this option gives you the option of downloading the contract in PDF format.
- Automatically transfer groups to the archive
The option marked Yes results in the fact that after the group's end date, it is transferred to the archive
- Force groups to be moved after the last class (also not completed)
If the last classes took place, and yet they were not completed, the group is moved to the archive.
- Automatically transfer contracts to archive
After the expiry date of the Agreement, they are automatically transferred to the archive.
- Force closure of contracts older than 10 months
After selecting the YES option, the system will ensure that the contracts from the previous school year are closed at the beginning of the new school year
- Display student age in group view and student list
After selecting the YES option - information on the student's age will be visible
- Display mentor phone with student in group view
- After selecting the YES option in the Secretariat section, students assigned to the group will:
- Parent or guardian phone number displayed (in parentheses)
- Student's date of birth displayed
Warning! It is a condition that student data are entered into the system
- Turn on QR code support
After selecting the YES option, the student will be able to confirm participation in the class thanks to the application reading the QR code
- Save filtering
After selecting the option YES, the system will save the searched data after the filtering operation
- Time in minutes to remember filtering
Specify the length of time the system will store data memory after performing the filtering operation
- Date / time selector type
Choice of date recording
- Number of lines on the set
Enter the maximum number of lines on the plan
- Number of rows in tables
Enter the maximum number of lines to write in the tables
