Global settings for archiving groups and contracts

In the eduSky system, you can make global settings that allow you to:

• Automatic transfer of groups to the archive - an option that allows you to automatically archive a group in which the classes were completed by the teacher after the expiry date.
• Automatic transfer of contracts to the archive - an option that will allow you to archive a contract whose expiration date has expired.
• Force groups to be moved after the last class - an option that allows you to transfer to the archive groups for which the classes were not completed by teachers.

To make the above settings, click the account settings icon in the upper right corner and select → Application Configuration.

On the form in the Application Configuration section, make settings by selecting YES or NO.
