Additional / Replacement
Additional / replacement classes are a flexible solution depending on the needs of the facility in the area of defining and modifying a special class schedule for the group.
Starting from additional classes - this is a function that allows you to set additional classes within the group not related to the group's work schedule generated based on its findings. Such an operation can be carried out both in the Classes -> Additional / substitute section and in the group view that interests us.
In the Class → Additional / Substitution class section there is a panel for setting additional substitute classes, visible on the screen above.
First, specify the type of class , then the group, optionally the room, as well as the start and end time of the class
The next step is to choose a teacher, as well as optional rates for these classes, after which you just accept the changes. These classes will appear in the group's schedule with the annotation "Additional / substitute classes"

In groups calculated on the basis of the number of classes (see topic), additional classes reduce the pool of classes in the schedule, so remember that if you do not want to interfere in the schedule of such a group. If, however, there is a need, you can do it by increasing the pool of classes in the group, which will cause no changes in the previously generated plan.
On the other hand, replacement classes (red frame) are classes that are used to make up for classes canceled for various reasons. Of course, using the functionality of canceled classes in the form of substitute classes is optional and is contractual, if only because of the different circumstances of canceling the class. When planning substitute classes, select the type of class (red box) - in this case, "substitute class", room (optional), time of class start (blue box), homework / canceled class from the list of all canceled classes.
The choice of the room and the teaching teacher are not mandatory, however if the teacher is not chosen, the teacher will ultimately be the teacher who conducts classes in this group (in the case of the room the information about the place of the classes will be referred to as "room - unassigned"). Homework will appear in the group's timetable, in the table with
upcoming / completed activities on the desktop, as well as in the graphics of the teachers conducting them.
