Online classes - integration with e-learning platforms
A common strategy in the functioning of educational institutions is the way of conducting classes in the online system using e-learning platforms. The eduSky system allows you to support such classes in integration with the ClickMeeting platform. Individual topics describe how to integrate eduSky with platforms with which the system is integrated.
After successful integration, the new options appear below.
Setting up online classes
Generating online classes in the eduSky system can be done in two ways.
In the first case, all you have to do is go to Secretariat → Desktop →Upcoming classes, and with the selected classes select

The second way is to schedule one or many online meetings for the group, which can be generated from the Secretariat → Groups level, and then in the Group view, by going to the schedule, you can mark many classes and create them online classes (screen 2).

Attention. It is possible to create online classes only for upcoming classes.
After selecting the option to create an online class, a frame will appear regarding the settings for those classes. They are optional, such as enabling a waiting room or sending class notifications. Below, in bold, are the parameters of the conference created on the platform
Setting up an online class by a teacher
It is possible to include the option of setting up online classes by the teacher. To do this, go to the main application menu (oval button with the name and avatar in the upper right corner of the screen) and select Application configuration, and then in the section Functions available for the teacher set the correct selector to "YES" (screen 6).
Canceling and moving online classes
If the classes that are online classes are moved, such information will appear on the e-learning platform, along with the change related to them - the conference will be moved to the day and time indicated in the eduSky system. The situation is similar with cancellation of the shift of classes, i.e. restoring them to their original date - this change will also be reflected on the target platform.
If classes are canceled in the eduSky system, they will disappear from the planned conferences on the integrated platform. Restoring canceled classes to the status of unfinished classes does not automatically create a conference space for them on the e-learning platform.
Online classes and options
A summary of all scheduled online classes can be found in the Classes -> Online section, which displays information about the start and end times of classes, their identifiers, security passwords, PIN numbers and links that you can use to connect to a given conference, if needed.
You can also remove online classes from this place in the system, restoring their original place (red frame). Online classes can also be canceled from the Secretariat → Desktop → Upcoming classes section by selecting the option "Cancel classes on ClickMeeting (or Zoom / LiveWebinar / WizIq depending on integration)" from the option for given classes. Canceling classes from both places will remove the conference from the platform integrated with the eduSky system, and - if the class notification option was enabled when setting up online classes - information about cancellation of such classes will be sent to conference participants.
