Substitutions
It is not uncommon for a teacher to specify a different class than usual. The substitution mechanism is used for this, where you can indicate the supervisor of the substitution class, as well as specify the rate for substitution in the class.
If this is a one-time replacement, the whole process is based on a few clicks. When in the
Secretariat -> Desktop view, all you have to do is select Options -> Add one-time substitution for the classes involved in the operation.
In the next step, the system will ask about the teacher who will lead these classes instead, and the confirmation button will add a substitute. As a result, the replaced teacher will not see on his timetable which he does not teach, and they will appear at the replacement teacher.
All substitutions are in the section Classes → Substitutions, where there is also a division between one-time and periodic substitutions.
The difference between them lies in the fact that the one-off class applies to one specific class, while the periodic replacement applies to all classes of the teacher being replaced at a given time. Similarly to adding a replacement from the Secretariat → Desktop level, the replaced teacher will not see the classes in which he is being replaced.
