Billing regeneration
In the eduSky system, regeneration of settlements allows you to update the status of any changes, which gives you confidence
that the updated data will be included by the system in the process of creating the financial statement.
If you want to regenerate accounts in the Secretariat section, select → Teachers → Regeneration of accounts
We get the view on the screen below: ×
- Teacher. Choose a specific teacher
- Specify the time interval from day to day
- For a specific teacher, click: Regenerate payments for the selected one
The system will present teacher data, which includes:
- Group / groups assigned to it, dates of classes
- Settlement model with the number specifying the payment model: 1,2,3,4 see-> Teacher billing models
If the teacher has, for example, three groups in his schedule, then the system will write the classes of each group individually and assign to each class unit the price recorded in the COST heading, which is the financial data regenerating the teacher's settlement.
