Teacher billing models
In eduSky, we recommend that you start working with settlements by determining which settlement model is assigned to a given teacher.
If you want to make a teacher's billing based on classes, we can do this by:
Secretariat → Groups → Add Group, or if a group is already created Secretariat → Groups-Options → Edit group
After entering the Group website, click

We choose a teacher and specify: Teacher accounting model
The following lector settlement model is taken into account in the settlement:
- Do not settle as in the description

Based on the rate for the class - a specific price value is assigned to the class
- Based on the cost of classes - in this settlement, by specifying the percentage rate, the teacher's income is calculated
Warning! If we settle classes based on the cost of classes, then with this model of settlement, the following conditions should be met:
a.Classes must be completed
b.Contracts must have the status of signed
c.Teacher's rate must be added and specified
4. Based on the hourly rate. The amount of the teacher's rate is correlated with the duration of classes, e.g. 45min / 60 PLN

In the Secretariat section, select → Teachers → Settlements based on classes x
In the page view, we get a list of teachers. After selecting the teacher and entering dates specifying the time interval , the system presents a summary table contained in the COST heading, which consists of data resulting from the teacher's settlement model based on classes. x
The rate of the teacher conducting the classes is first taken from the completed class sheet. If not specified here, the system suggests a rate specified in specific classes, then - if this is also not specified, the rate that will be taken into account in calculating the teacher's remuneration is the rate specified in the group.
